Founder:
Dr. Mallory Struggs holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Auburn University, a Master of Science in Counseling from Alabama State University, and a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Human Services from Capella University. His academic and professional career bridges higher education, behavioral health, workforce systems, and organizational consulting. With executive and consulting experience across higher education, health and human services, behavioral health systems, and compliance-focused environments, Dr. Struggs has supported institutions in strategic planning, systems improvement, program design, and mission-aligned execution.
Co-Founder:
Mrs. Tifannie Struggs holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Judson College and Master of Science in Clinical Psychology from Auburn University. She is a workforce development and behavioral health strategist, trainer, and speaker specializing in life skills integration, trauma-informed workforce development, and employment retention. With years of leadership experience across behavioral health, rehabilitation, admissions coordination, case management, and community-based systems, she brings a rare blend of clinical insight and workforce expertise to the conversation.
